Development of a validated app concept with user journeys, UI/UX prototypes, and technical platform architecture for an auction startup.
The Challenge
A startup wanted to fundamentally rethink digital auction processes and needed a validated concept before investing in technical implementation. Clear user flows, technical architecture, and a compelling prototype for investor conversations were missing.
Our Approach
As lead UX and technical concept engineer, we ran a structured ideation process. We developed detailed user journeys, created UI/UX concepts, and built a clickable prototype. In parallel, we designed a technical platform concept that accounted for scalability and real-time capabilities from the start.
The Results
After four months, a validated app concept with five defined user flows and a clickable prototype was delivered. The startup had a solid foundation for technical implementation decisions and compelling pitch material for investors.
