The Challenge
A financial services provider wanted to develop new digital product ideas and assess their technical feasibility. Internal capacity for structured ideation with technical depth was lacking. Concrete, actionable concept approaches were needed that considered both business value and technical viability.
Our Approach
We conducted a structured ideation workshop, combining process analysis with technical assessment and developing concrete concept sketches for the most promising ideas. Each product idea was evaluated based on market potential, technical complexity, and strategic fit.
The Results
The workshop produced eight assessed product ideas, three of which were prioritized as top concepts with concrete implementation recommendations. The client received a clear decision basis for next steps in their digital product strategy.
