The Challenge

Our Approach
We built a B2B2B matching platform that combined structured company profiling with AI-driven compatibility scoring. Buyer and seller profiles captured key dimensions - industry focus, deal size preferences, geographic targets, strategic rationale - and our matching algorithm weighted these factors to produce ranked recommendations with confidence scores.
Trust was central to the design. In M&A, confidentiality is paramount. The platform enforced strict information barriers, ensuring that sensitive deal data was only revealed progressively as both parties moved through defined engagement stages. Automated workflows replaced manual back-and-forth for initial screening, NDA management, and information exchange.
The Results
The platform matched over 500 company profiles with 92% accuracy against advisor-validated benchmarks.
