The Challenge
An M&A advisory firm relied on predominantly manual internal processes that could no longer efficiently handle growing deal flow. Digital infrastructure for standardized workflows was missing, leading to information loss and inefficient collaboration.
Our Approach
As digital process consultant, we analyzed existing M&A workflows and identified digitalization opportunities. Through workshops with the team, we developed a concrete action plan and defined six digital process flows that reduce manual effort and create transparency.
The Results
Within one month, we delivered actionable recommendations and digital process flows for six core processes. The projected 35% efficiency improvement was achieved by eliminating redundant work steps and introducing structured digital workflows.
