The Challenge

A PropTech startup was looking for ways to leverage Directus as a central data platform to scale business processes more efficiently. The existing system landscape was fragmented and could not keep pace with the company’s growth. Concrete proposals for effective Directus deployment were needed.

Our Approach

We conducted a data and process analysis, followed by an ideation workshop to identify the best Directus use cases. The assessment covered technical feasibility, integration effort, and scaling potential. This resulted in a concrete scaling concept with prioritized implementation steps.

The Results

Four concrete concept approaches were developed that enable the use of Directus as a central platform. The PropTech startup received a clear roadmap for incremental consolidation of its data and process landscape with Directus at its core.
