App Concept for Sport-Tech Startup

The Challenge

A sport-tech startup was planning an app for managing and renting sports facilities and needed a clear foundational concept with defined core features. A structured analysis of target audiences and use cases was missing, as well as a sound recommendation for the technical path to MVP.

In an ideation workshop, we analyzed target audiences and their needs, defined core features, and prioritized features for an MVP. The consulting covered technical options for implementation and a clear recommendation for the most efficient development path.

The Results

The startup received a clear foundational concept with eight defined core features and a prioritized MVP scope. The target audience analysis and use case definition formed a solid basis for the implementation phase. The technical consulting enabled an informed decision on the technology stack.
